Ω Desktop Pet
A desktop character prototype connecting conversation, memory, and interaction.
Purpose
Ω is an Electron, React, and PixiJS desktop pet prototype. A transparent floating window, bubble menus, and a capsule scene provide a persistent setting for conversation and character state.
Project capabilities
- First-launch introduction, nickname input, and desktop onboarding.

- Conversation, recent records, memory summaries, and local persistence.
- Optional screen recognition with text-only fallback.
- A PixiJS capsule scene and desk interaction.
My contribution
My M7 automatic diary system contribution was merged through upstream PR #1. The capabilities above describe the overall project; my contribution is identified by this merged record.
System flow
Floating window and bubble interaction → character state and conversation → model interface → records, memory summaries, and local storage
Electron hosts the desktop app, React handles the interface, and PixiJS renders the scene. OpenAI-compatible chat interfaces are supported; local fallback responses allow offline exploration without model credentials.
Current stage
This is a prototype. Upstream master includes the merged diary contribution and updates beyond the local development branch. This page links upstream; uncommitted local Live2D and scene changes are not presented as released features.
Final art and motion, some focus features, and later narrative chapters remain incomplete. No verified public installer or browser demo is linked yet.
